Profile:
Our client, a global leader in the FMCG industry based in the South East is looking for a Production Planner to join their team. This individual will have experience and knowledge in resins and be degree qualified or equivalent.
This individual will be a recent graduate with technical knowledge of resins, looking to work in a production environment. Based on site the Resins Planner will be part of a small team monitoring raw materials in the production process.
The role will involve;
Purchasing raw materials for production, mainly resins
Managing stock of critical raw materials
Balancing availabilty of stock against required service levels and physical and economic constraints of supply units.
The ideal candidate will have
A relevant technical degree or equivalent
Good communication skills
Good time management skills
Good analytical skills
