Have you worked to FDA standards in a medical device manufacturing environment?
A permanent position exists for a leading medical device company to take responsibility for testing and validating new and existing equipment including Autoclaves, Freeze Driers and Laboratory Incubators.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and execution of validation test protocols and document test results in accordance with SOP's;
- Maintain the re-qualification schedule;
- Write and evaluate validation protocols and reports;
- IQ, OQ, PQ execution;
- Contribute to the DQ of new equipment;
- Provide validation knowledge and understanding of Autoclaves, Freeze Driers & Lab Equipment.
There is a strong emphasis on the ability to work with multifunctional teams and a requirement for expertise in problem solving techniques. You should be able to take the lead in these investigations and problem solving activities within the QA Compliance team and to give support to other departments where necessary.
This position should provide Validation Life Cycle knowledge to the business. Some travel to other sites may be necessary to provide expertise on validation programmes and projects.
