Recruitment Made Easier For You

We will discuss each role with you to get ensure we have a thorough understanding of type of person and the skills and experience you require. We can then ensure that your vacancies are promoted through the most suitable channels to attract the right calibre of candidate.

Contract Staff

If your requirement is for Contract Engineers, they will either work on a PAYE basis and therefore become employees of SRG for the duration of their contract, or they will set themselves up as limited company contractors and be responsible for their own tax and national insurance etc. Either way, employment liability does not lie with you.

We call our contract workers, SRG Associates and we keep in regular contact with them and our clients throughout the length of the assignment. This is ensures we regularly review the Associates performance and manage any issues or concerns that either party may have.
